Instructions: Use 0.505kg (505gm) for 11.34 (25 lbs) of meat. Seasoning at 465g and cure at 40g. Packed separately.

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Spice, Hydrolized Soy Protein, Spice, Sodium Erythorbate, Garlic Powder, Silicon Dioxide (Mfg. Aid), Vegetable Oil, Sodium Nitrite.

Allergen:  Soy

Eggs, Milk & derivatives, Sulphites, Wheat and Mustard (Not present in this product, however is present in other products manufactured on the same line).
