Directions: Use one unit (5.4kg) with 32.25 kg water to make 10 gallons of brine. Ham pump @ 40% Bacon pump @ 22%

Ingredients: Salt, Flavor (hydrolyzed soy protein, modified corn starch, spices), Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate & Sodium Nitrite.

Allergens: Soy 

Milk & derivatives, Eggs, Wheat, Mustard & Sulphites(not present in this product, however, present in other products manufactured in the same line)
