Enviro-Pak Max-Pak Series

The Max-Pak series of vertical airflow ovens are available in 500 to 4,800 pound capacity in either electric, steam coil of gas heat. All incorporate oscillating airflow, providing unmatched uniformity, higher production and improved cook times.

Max-Pak units are available in one, two, three and four truck capacities. Ovens can be a low profile design or with a back or top mounted air heater.

As with the Mini-Pak Series, you can select the features you want for your products:

-Steam cook

-In duct wash/rinse system

-Liquid smoke or natural wood smoke

-Cooling coils for cold smoking

-Control system options from microprocessor to PLC system and a variety of other features and options.
