Had a bad experience with one of their products but it was because of my doing. Went in for another kit and explained what mistake I made and what I was looking for . They explained how I could change some things and they made a few suggestions. Took the kit home and made it a couple of days later. The family flipped over the new mix. Thanks for the assistance.
