Can I return items?
If you are experiencing issues with any product, please contact us as soon as possible. Our staff are well-versed in our products and are happy to troubleshoot any troubles you may be experiencing. If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately with the details of the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and then proceed if you are entitled to a replacement or refund as a result of the defect.
Food products (spices, pre-mixes, casings, etc.) are NON-RETURNABLE.
Returns/exchanges can be accepted for up to 30 days from date of sale.
Receipt is required for any returns or exchanges. Product must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. If products are not in an acceptable condition, there may be a restocking fee applied to the return at the discretion of staff and management. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or complete the entitled refund using the original method of payment.
Shipping, freight, service charges, labour and drop ship fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
