The 2-Stage sharpener is the perfect tool to acheive a sharp and polished knife! With Fired Ceramic Stones it will sharpen to a hollow ground edge. The Tan Stones set a new edge, while the White Stones give a final polish.
Directions:
1) Place the sharpener on a flat sturdy surface and grasp the handle firmly
2) Draw the entire knife blade through the tan stones in one direction from the heel to the tip. Repeat as many times as needed until desired sharpness has been acheived.
Repeat steps 1 & 2 with the White Stones to acheive a perfect polish!
