This is a dry cure for making any sort of Dry-Aged Sausage you may have in mind.  Contains Nitrite and Nitrates at appropriate levels.

Directions: Use 2.5g for 1.00KG of meat, or use 11g for 4.54KG (10 lbs) meat. 

Ingredients: Salt, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate.
