A seasoning you can use in combination with the "J.B.'s Home Cure" to give your ham or bacon a pleasant brown sugar and maple flavor.
Use: 310gm Seasoning Pack (+Add 345gm of Home Cure to 1 Gallon of Water for 10lbs of Meats).
Utilisation: Pack d'assaisonnement de 310 g (+ Ajoutez 345 g de remède maison à 1 gallon d'eau pour 10 lb de viande).
Ingredients: Brownulated Sugar, Brown Sugar, Maple Flavor (Sugar Base), Fumaro.
Ingrédients: Sucre brun, cassonade, arôme d'érable (base de sucre), fumaro.
Note: This product is to be used in combination with "J.B.'s Home Cure (T6918)" and will not cure any product by itself.
