This is our house Jamaican Jerk seasoning.
Just add a little oil to your meat of choice, then sprikle and rub the product entirely, let sit overnight or for at least 3-4 hours in the fridge for the best results.
USAGE: 3g to 1 KG of meat.
Ingredients: Spice (contains Mustard), Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Onion.
