The jerky slicer creates perfect jerky strips in seconds from any cut of meat.
3 stainless steel blades to cut up to four 1-1/4" thick strips at once. Two piece housing for easy clean up. Stainless steel combs to help feel the meat. Heavy duty nylon base and crank. Feed chute accepts meat up to 4-1/2" wide x 3/4" thick.
