This is the latest addition to our smoked/cured pre-mixes line up. Goes great with a little mozzarella cheese added!
Directions: Use 1 lb (0.454 kg) of seasoning to 4 cups of water and 25 lb (11.34 kg) of meat. Add mozzarella cheese as required.
Ingredients: Salt, Onion, Sugars (corn syrup solids, dextrose), Dehydrated green bell peppers, Hydrolyzed soy protein, mushroom powder (maltodextrin, mushroom dry matter), Dehydrated green paprika peppers, Spices, Herbs, Worcestershire sauce powder (maltodextrin, vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel, garlic, sugar, spices, tamarind, natural flavour, sulfiting agent), Sodium Nitrite, Spice extracts, Sodium Bicarbonate (mfg. aid), Propylene Glycol (mfg.aid), Sunflower Oil (mfg. aid), Tricalcium phosphate (mfg. aid).
