Had a few things to pick up. All the employees are knowledgeable in sausage making supplies and smoking. If you have specific questions on gear, spice kits, methods or cutting ask the young guy there who's a quick talker! The guy can handle honesty anything related to sausage making. I needed a sausage stuffer tube and wasn't sure which type would fit mine and he brought me something else and he was spot on. The other one I was intending on buying would have likley not fit so I'm grateful he saved me a trip.
