Superb service! In a time when it seems like customer service is non existent, the crew at JB's proved the opposite. We had an ongoing problem with an LG pellet smoker, and after having recieved absolutely zero response or support from LG, the staff at JBs tried their damndest to get the grill up and running. In the end our grill was replaced by JBs, and they would 'deal with it'! Thanks to everyone at JBs who helped us out.
