Big Smokey Mushroom Burger S/B

Unit: 380 grams - intended for 10lbs of raw meat emulsion. 

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 500mL of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, press into patty size of choice.

Ingredients: Brown Rice Crumbs, Dried Mushroom, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Sugars (Dextrose), Spices, Flavour, Smoke Flavour, Yeast Extract, Hydrolyzed Rapeseed and Corn Protein, Herbs and Spice Extracts.
