Caramelized Onion & Pepper Burger S/B

Unit: 390 grams - intended for 10lbs of raw meat emulsion. 

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 500mL of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, press into patty size of choice.

Ingredients: Brown Rice Crumbs, Sugars (Brown Sugar, Molasses, Maltodextrin), Onion, Sea Salt, Garlic, Spices, Salt, Flavour, Hydrolyzed Rapeseed and Corn Protein, Dehydrated Red Bell Peppers, Smoke Flavour, Yeast Extract and Spice Extracts.
