ā How Much to Use:

1/2 to 1 teaspoon per pound of meat is usually sufficient.
š How Long to Let It Sit:
- 15 to 30 minutes is usually plenty.
- Do NOT exceed 1 hour ā bromelain can over-tenderize and turn meat mushy.
- For thinner cuts like steaks or chicken breasts, 10ā15 minutes is enough.
- For thicker cuts (roasts), you can go up to 45 minutes, but monitor closely.
š” Tips:
- Apply tenderizer evenly ā sprinkle on both sides and rub in lightly.
- You can also dissolve it in a small amount of water and use it as a marinade base.
- Rinse meat before cooking if desired, especially if you used a lot of tenderizer.
