American Garlic S/B/C

Unit: 1.11kg - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion. (2.2kg unit also available)

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Milk Solids, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Hydrolyzed Plant Protein, Dehydrated Onion, Spices, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Sunflower Oil (mfg aid). (salt & cure combined)

Allergens: Wheat, Milk & Soy
