BBQ Bourbon Jerky
Unit: 375 grams - intended for 10lbs of raw meat. (muscle or ground)
Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 250mL of water to begin and proceed to add in small increments if/as required. Sliced jerky ideally let marinate for 12-24 hours, alternatively - once mixed well, ground jerky will be ready for immediate extrusion.
Ingredients: Fructose, salt, spices, garlic, yeast extract, onion, natural flavour, smoke flavour, spice extracts, paprika, sodium nitrite, sodium bicarbonate (mfg. aid), propylene glycol (mfg. aid), silicon dioxide (mfg. aid).
