Beef & Bacon S/B

Unit: 1.05kg - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Toasted Wheat Crumb, Salt, Sugars (Dextrose, Sugar), Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Spice Extracts, Safflower Oil, Soy Oil and Smoke Flavour, Spice, Flavourings, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate.
