Beef Burger Binder – Pre-Mix
Unit: 710 grams – intended for 25 lbs of raw meat emulsion

Create perfectly bound, flavorful beef burgers with this classic binder blend. Featuring savory spices, onion, and garlic, it helps hold your patties together while enhancing the taste and texture for a juicy, delicious bite every time.

Instructions:
Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water. Pour over meat and mix well, gradually adding more water if needed until the desired consistency is reached. Once mixed, press into patties of your preferred size.
