Instructions:

1. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning (950g / 2.09 lbs) over raw meat (11.34kg / 25 lbs).
2. Thoroughly mix to distribute the seasoning throughout the meat.
3. Gradually add 1.9kg (4.25 lbs) of ice water, mixing continuously until the desired consistency is reached.
4. Stuff into casings or form into patties as preferred.
