Unit: 950 grams - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Directions: Use 950gm (2.09lbs) of seasoning to 11.34kg (25lbs) of meat and approximately 1.9kg (4.25lbs) of ice water to make approximately 15kg (33lbs) of finished product.
