Boerewors Seasoning

Unit: 295 grams intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with 570ml dry red wine or dark vinegar - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more liquid if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Brown Sugar  (no binding agent in this product)
