This traditional blend of spices, brown sugar, and salt is perfect for making the iconic spiral-shaped sausage. Simply add dry red wine or dark vinegar for a rich, tangy taste and enjoy a true South African classic at home.

Traditional Instructions:
- In traditional Boerewors recipes, the seasoning is mixed with 570mL of dry red wine or dark vinegar, which helps bring out the bold flavors of the spices.
- Pour the seasoned mixture over your choice of meat and mix thoroughly, adding more liquid as necessary until the emulsion reaches the right consistency.
- Once prepared, stuff into your casing of choice and, for authenticity, traditionally hand-twist each coil into the iconic round form.
