Brown Sugar & Maple S/B

Unit: 1.58kg - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice, or press into patties.

Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Toasted Wheat Crumb, Salt, Sugar, Corn Syrup Solids, Dextrose, Lemon Juice Powder, Spice, Sodium Diacetate, Artificial Maple Flavor, Rum Flavor, Silicon Dioxide (mfg. aid).
