Description: The Cooked Farmer Sausage seasoning blend offers a hearty, savory flavor perfect for cooked sausage varieties. A mix of onion powder, garlic powder, and spices combines with a smooth texture from the wheat and corn flours to create a satisfying and flavorful smoked sausage. Ideal for those seeking a traditional farmer sausage taste.
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl or meat mixer, combine the Cooked Farmer Sausage seasoning directly with the raw ground meat and fat (25lbs of meat to 1kg of seasoning).
- Add the cure packet (FS Cure) according to the batch size (40g for 25lbs or 8g for 5lbs).
- Gradually add cold water to the mixture (approximately 1L per 25lbs of meat) while mixing, until the meat mixture achieves a smooth, emulsified consistency. You may need to adjust the water amount depending on your desired texture.
- Mix well until the sausage mixture becomes sticky and uniform, ensuring that the seasoning and cure are fully incorporated.
- Stuff the sausage mixture into your casing of choice and proceed with cooking/smoking as per your preference.

Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Modified Potato Starch, Onion Powder, Spices, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Garlic Powder, Propylene Glycol (mfg aid), Soy Lecithin. (Cure packed separately, use FS Cure packet for precise measurements based on batch size: 40g for 25lbs or 8g for 5lbs).
