Cooked Farmer S/B/C

Unit: 1kg - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Modified Potato Starch, Onion Powder, Spices, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Garlic Powder, Propylene Glycol (mfg aid), Soy Lecithin. (cure packed separately)
