Directions:

• Dissolve 454 g (1 lb) of seasoning in 4.5 L (1 Imperial Gallon) of water.
• Add 170 g (6 oz) of F.S. Cure.
• Add salt as required to achieve the desired salometer reading.
• Pump the meat to 10% of its green weight.
• Cure and process according to your standard corned beef procedure.
