Sliced Jerky: Mix 375g of seasoning with approximately 250mL of cold water. Coat meat slices evenly and marinate for 12-24 hours to lock in that tangy dill flavor.

Ground Jerky: Mix 375g of seasoning with 250mL of cold water (add more gradually if needed). Blend thoroughly with ground meat, extrude, and dry as desired.
