Crafted with a traditional touch, our Fresh Mennonite Sausage premix brings you the flavors of homemade sausage with the ease of ready-made seasoning. This simple, savory blend is perfect for those who appreciate the classic flavors of garlic and spices in their sausage.

Unit:

900 grams – intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions:

1. Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water.
2. Pour over the meat and mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required.
3. Once the desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.
