Our Fresh Garlic Sausage Premix is a simple yet flavorful choice for those who appreciate the bold, savory taste of garlic. This blend provides the perfect balance of garlic and spices, offering a versatile base for creating delicious, homemade sausages. Ideal for both everyday meals and special occasions.

Unit:

980 grams – intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions:

1. Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water.
2. Pour over meat and mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required.
3. Once the desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Toasted Wheat Crumb, Salt, Spice (contains Mustard), Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate, Onion Powder.
