Garlic S/B/C (buttermilk base)

Unit: 990 grams - intended for 20lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 750mL of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Buttermilk Powder, Salt, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Hydrolyzed Plant Protein, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spice, Dextrose, Sodium Nitrite, & Sodium Erythorbate. (cure packed separately)
