Instructions: Use one unit (5.4kg) with approximately 30L of water to make 10 gallons of brine. Ham pump @ 40%. Bacon pump @ 22%. 

1 gallon of brine will cure approximately 10-12lbs of meat. 

Ingredients: Salt, Flavor (hydrolyzed soy protein, modified corn starch, spices), Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate & Sodium Nitrite.

Allergens: Soy
