Our ½" Cubed High-Temp Cheddar Cheese is specially formulated to hold its shape and texture when exposed to high cooking temperatures, making it an excellent choice for sausages, snack sticks, and other smoked or grilled meats. With its rich, creamy cheddar flavor, this cheese adds a delicious burst of taste to every bite.
Usage Recommendations:
Use as desired—though we typically recommend 2 x 500g packages per 25 lbs of meat (Discounts for more than one bag!) for a well-balanced flavor. However, the exact amount is up to personal preference!
Important Note on Cube Size:
This cheese is cut into ½" cubes, which is larger than our usual ¼" size. While perfect for sausages and larger meat products, it may be a bit too chunky for snack sticks. If you prefer a finer distribution, a quick chop or pulse in a food processor can help break it down into smaller pieces before mixing.
