Honey BBQ Smoked S/B

Unit: 900 grams - intended for 20lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 750mL of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Salt, Sugar, Honey Powder, Spice, Tomato Powder, Sodium Erythorbate, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sodium Diacetate, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoke Flavour (NO cure in package)
