Honey Garlic Beef Stick S/B/C

Unit: 1.14kg - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Salt, Sugar, Honey Powder, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate, Spices, Sodium Nitrite, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate, Silicon Dioxide (mfg aid). (cure packed separately)
