Instructions:

• Sliced Jerky: Mix 650g of seasoning with approximately 500mL of cold water. Coat meat slices evenly and marinate for 12-24 hours to maximize flavor.
• Ground Jerky: Mix 650g of seasoning with 500mL of cold water (add more gradually if needed). Blend thoroughly with ground meat, extrude, and dry to perfection.

Salt, Sugar, Honey Powder, Garlic Powder, Dextrose, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Spice, Silicon Dioxide (mfg. aid).
