Hot Pepperoni S/B/C

Unit: 1.36kg - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice. (large or small diameter)

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Salt, Spice, Corn Syrup Solids, Modified Corn Starch, Glucona Delta Lactone, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Silicon Dioxide (mfg aid).
