Hot & Sweet Snack Stick S/B/C

Unit: 1.05kg - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Honey Powder, Spice, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate, Maltodextrin, Sodium Nitrite, Onion Powder, Smoke Flavour, Disodium Inosinate. (cure packed separately)
