Usage: Use one unit of 0.84 kg (1.85 lb) to 22.5 lb meat and approx. 2.5 lbs (1.1 litre) water. For approximately 25 lbs of finished product.
Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.
Ingredients: Sugars (sugar, brown sugar, dextrose), Salt, Modified corn starch, Spices, Garlic, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Spice Extracts, Smoke Flavour, Silicon Dioxide (mfg. aid), Sunflower oil (mfg.aid), Sodum bicarbonate (mfg. aid), Propylene glycol (mfg. aid).
