Jalapeno Beef Jerky Premix – 525g (For 25 lbs of Meat)

Our Jalapeno Beef Jerky Premix infuses your jerky with a zesty, peppery flavor that will satisfy even the most heat-loving jerky enthusiasts. Whether you prefer sliced or ground jerky, this seasoning mix guarantees that perfect balance of spice and savory goodness.

Instructions:

• Sliced Jerky: Combine 525g of seasoning with approximately 500mL of cold water. Coat meat slices evenly and marinate for 12-24 hours for full flavor infusion.
• Ground Jerky: Mix 525g of seasoning with 500mL of cold water (add more gradually if needed). Blend well with ground meat, extrude, and dry as desired.

Salt, Dextrose, Spice, Sodium Erythorbate, Smoke Flavour, Sodium Nitrite.
