Jalapeno Smokies S/B/C

Unit: 1.16kg - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Salt Spices, Corn Syrup Solids, Dehydrated Red Bell Peppers, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Phosphate, Glucono Delta Lactone, Sodium Nitrite, Smoke Flavour, Onion. (cure packed separately)
