Lemon Pepper S/B

Unit: 500 grams - intended for 18.5lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 750mL of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Toasted wheat crumbs, sea salt, lemon juice powder(corn syrup solids, lemon juice, lemon oil)(contains mustard), garlic powder, onion powder, lemon peel, dextrose, lemon oil, sunflower oil(mfg. aid)

Allergens: Wheat, Gluten & Mustard
