Liquid Smoke

Our Liquid Smoke is a highly concentrated, water-based natural smoke flavour formulated to deliver authentic smoke character with precise control. Due to its strength, only small amounts are required to achieve consistent, repeatable results, making it an efficient option for both commercial and small-batch production.

Designed for use in emulsion products, brines, and canned or cooked meats, this liquid smoke disperses evenly throughout the product, ensuring uniform flavour without the need for traditional smoking. Its potency allows processors to fine-tune smoke intensity while minimizing usage and waste.

USE: In Emulsion Products, use 2.8mL - 8.5 mL (0.1 - 0.3 oz) to 4.54kg (10lbs) of product. 
In Brine; use 28.41mL (1 oz) to 4.54L (1 Gallon) water. In canned meats; use 1.4mL to 4.54kg (10lbs) of product.

CONTAINS: An Aqueous solution of Natural Smoke Flavour.
