MAINCA HA-4400 Automatic Hamburger / Patty Former

Built for high-volume production yet compact enough for the busy meat-processing environment, the HA-4400 from MAINCA delivers up to 4,400 uniform patties per hour. The machine features a food-grade stainless steel body, a 25 L (15 kg) hopper (with optional 45 L upgrade), and a variable-speed motor rated at approximately 1 hp (0.75 kW) on single-phase 220/240 V power.

Interchangeable forming drums support diameters up to 120 mm and adjustable thickness from 4 mm to 34 mm, giving versatility for burgers, meatballs, vegetable patties or specialty shapes. Optional paper dispenser and extended conveyor belt make it ideal for high throughput commercial settings. All contact parts are tool-free removable for rapid cleaning and hygiene compliance.
