Use: 345gm (12 oz) to 3.45L (3/4 gallon) water. Cures approximately 8-10lbs of raw product.

Add 130gm (4.6 oz) F.S. Cure (cure sold separately)

Ingredients: Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Sugar, Sodium Erythorbate, Spice, Maple Flavor.
