For those who appreciate simplicity and classic flavors, our Old Country Sausage Premix offers a no-frills, traditional sausage experience. With minimal ingredients, it delivers a clean, hearty taste that can easily be customized to your preferences.

Unit:

450 grams – intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions:

1. Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water.
2. Pour over meat and mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required.
3. Once the desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Salt, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Spice.
