Peppered Beef Jerky Premix – 540g (For 25 lbs of Meat)

Add a punch of bold pepper flavor to your jerky with our Peppered Beef Jerky Premix. This zesty seasoning blend combines a perfect balance of spices and smokiness, giving your jerky a mouthwatering kick with every bite. Ideal for those who love a bit of heat, this premix works well with both sliced or ground jerky.

Instructions:

• Sliced Jerky: Combine 540g of seasoning with approximately 500mL of cold water. Coat meat slices evenly and marinate for 12-24 hours to let the flavors meld.
• Ground Jerky: Mix 540g of seasoning with 500mL of cold water (add more gradually if needed). Blend thoroughly with ground meat, extrude, and dry as desired.

Salt, Sugar, Spice, Dextrose, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Smoke Flavour.
