Philly Cheese Steak S/B/C

Unit: 450 grams - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Add your preferred cheese. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Salt, Onion, Sugars (corn syrup solids, dextrose), Dehydrated Green Bell Peppers, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Mushroom Powder (maltodextrin, mushroom dry matter), Spices, Herbs, Worcestershire Sauce Powder (maltodextrin, vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel, garlic, sugar, spices, tamarind, natural flavour) Sodium Nitrite, Spice extracts, Sodium Bicarbonate (mfg aid), Propylene Glycol (mfg aid), Sunflower Oil (mfg aid), Tricalcium phosphate (mfg aid).
