Pork Souvlaki Burger Seasoning – Pre-Mix

Bring the zesty and savory flavors of Greek cuisine to your burgers with this Pork Souvlaki Burger Seasoning. Infused with garlic, lemon, and an aromatic blend of spices, it creates a mouthwatering patty that’s perfect for grilling or pan-frying.
Instructions:
For 25 lbs (11.34 kg) of meat:
Mix entire seasoning packet with 25 lbs of cold ground meat.
Add 500–750 ml (2–3 cups) of cold water gradually, mixing until evenly combined and slightly tacky.
Form into patties of consistent size and thickness.
Optional: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before cooking to help patties firm up and develop flavor.
For 5 lbs (2.27 kg) of meat:
Use approximately 1/5 of the seasoning packet (around 68–70 g).
Add 100–150 ml (about 7–10 tbsp) of cold water, mixing thoroughly until tacky.
Form into patties and chill before cooking if desired.
