Prime Rib Burger S/B (GF)

Unit: 590 grams - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, press into patty size of choice. 

Ingredients:  Spice (including Mustard), Dextrose, Dextrin, Carrot Fiber, Beef Stock, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder
