Spicy Dill Pickle Snack Sticks S/C

Unit: 550g - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice. (large or small diameter) 

Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Sodium Diacetate, Onion, Garlic, Sodium Phosphate, Sugar, Flavour, Sodium Erythorbate, Smoke Flavour, Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking), Vegetable oil (anti-dusting), Propylene Glycol (humectant).
