Teriyaki Beer Stick S/B/C

Unit: 830 grams - intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water - pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Ingredients: Wheat Crumbs, Fructose, Salt, Soy Sauce Powder (wheat, soybeans, salt), Sodium Phosphates, Garlic Powder, Spice and Spice Extracts, Hydrolyzed Plant Protein (soy, wheat), Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Silicon Dioxide (mfg aid.), Sunflower Oil (mfg aid). (cure packed separately)
