Teriyaki Jerky
Unit: 720 grams - intended for 25lbs of meat. (muscle or ground)
Instructions: Combine seasoning with approximately 500mL of water to begin and proceed to add in small increments if/as required. Sliced jerky ideally let marinate for 12-24 hours, alternatively - once mixed well, ground jerky will be ready for immediate extrusion.
Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat, Soybeans, less than 0.1% sodium benzoate), spices and spice extracts, hydrolyzed soy protein, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, sunflower oil (mfg. aid), silicon dioxide (mfg. aid)
